Okay, I submitted my idea. What happens next?
First - thank you for taking the time to share your input.

We want to set expectations transparently, it is unlikely that we will be able to implement your suggestion in a short time frame. And we may never implement it, even if we agree it is a great idea. The reason is that we have many established priorities and projects, and strive to create the overall best product we can to serve all of our existing customers and to continue to lead in the industry.

Magnolia's product team receives all suggestions, and we typically review suggestions on a weekly basis.
We will correlate your input with other suggestions (sometimes closing a suggestion as a duplicate and merging the information) in this case we will add a vote to the remaining ticket. And we will link your suggestion with any open related JIRA tickets or wiki pages so that it can continue to act as evidence and input to the entire Magnolia team.

Your input will be taken into consideration as we update our roadmap and plan our features. 

Legacy Suggestion Box

All suggestions submitted using the legacy Suggestion Box based on JIRA will be migrated.

It is still possible to submit an idea using the Legacy Suggestion box. However, to get the team's attention faster, please use the new Submit Idea form.

    Hello! 

    Is it possible somehow to see all ideas other than belonging to categories ( CONSIDERING / Planned / Developing / Released ) ?

    E.g. ideas submitted by me are currently not visible anywhere:(

    No it's not possible to see other ideas. Why would you like to see them? To track any progress on your own, or other reasons?

    I would mention the following reasons

    • I would like to know if my idea was submitted successfully and not lost
    • I want to have an overview of what I submitted already to avoid duplication
    • Some of my ideas were submitted by support members (so I am technically not the author)
    • I would like to see ideas submitted by others and maybe vote for them, maybe others may also vote for my ideas
