This page explains status about migration of various Magnolia modules and known issues if any.
General
Magnolia 4.5 comes with many changes. Due to the API changes some adaptation to various modules might be necessary. Some of the modules have been adopted already with the first release of 4.5, others will follow up shortly. This page outlines status testing and migration of various module and the order in which migration will happen.

What does EE mean in comments? That it is supported or that it is EE only? Otherwise, great list and good to see so much progress on the module front.

It was meant to denote location of the module in svn/git. But yes, essentially it means that module is for enterprise only.
